UPDATE: Cruise News Briefing - December 20, 2021. 48 guests that sailed on Royal Caribbean’s Symphony of the Seas cruise on December 11th cruise tested positive for COVID-19. Six of those guests flew home from St. Maarten while the others remained onboard through the end of the cruise this past Saturday. Out of the 48 guests, 98% of them who tested positive were fully vaccinated. Cruise line stocks were up mid-morning for RCL, CCL, and NCLH.
